Can Blogs on Healthy Living be trusted?
Well, if you take this freelance writer as an example I would say yes as I only choose articles I know of myself and only sometimes have to research articles for blogs if I know nothing about it and or never experienced certain aspects about it.
I will even go as far as to say, part of my research not only tracks advise and information on certain websites but when it comes to health I make sure it is:
1: AN APPROVED WEBSITE BY AND APPROVED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL:
There are many ” quacks” out there that claim to be medical professionals because either they have Doctor, in front of their name (some are honorary and not even in the medical field), or claim to be doctors. Remember you get many kinds of doctors and even medical doctors that just go along with what they are told. So do your research not just on the topic of Blogs on Healthy Living but the source as well.
2: FDA APPROVED: This is a double-sided coin, as they have approved some results that are contradictory to many medical professionals for financial gain but have also proved to be valuable in many cases where it does improve life and health, so once again research and more research.
3: WRITTEN AND DOCUMENTED PROOF OF ITS ABILITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FIELD IN QUESTIONS: Always make sure where possible to read or obtain any type of approved research and paperwork on any product which claims to improve your way of life and always do background checks on the authors and or the results as this can mean the difference between revealing a secret or just following the corporate line and profit mongering.
4: LAST BUT NOT LEAST USE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IF PART OF ARTICLE: Many articles I have written about for blogs, I was fortunate and unfortunate enough to have experienced, especially in health as in accidents and other health problems and have learned a lot through trial and error and this doesn’t just for health-related issues but many other articles where I can say had experience and learned through it whether pros and cons, but most health problems.
So when it comes to blogging about anything, especially health issues whether corporate, homeopathic or even home remedies, the most important is to research or use personal experiences (stating that as well as outcomes) and thus you can be sure you are blogging what you believe is true, as that is what it is all about, giving your opinion and trying to help others through it
