Moraine Lake isn’t the only attraction that awaits visitors on this journey. Aside from the ten stunning peaks, there are other spots along the drive to stop and explore. The first stop is the Banff National Park Entrance Gate. It’s the perfect place to take some gorgeous panoramic shots of the Rockies.
Next, make a stop at Castle Mountain Viewpoint, which features a breathtaking view of Castle Mountain, one of the most unique and recognizable peaks in the Rockies.
After Castle Mountain, take the Bow Valley Parkway to spot wildlife along the roadside. The road is only open during certain times of the year, so be sure to check ahead of time.
