- Eating – keep your blood sugar level up by eating small, healthy snacks throughout the day to maintain mental clarity and regulate hormones that can cause you to feel stressed out.
- Taking a break – if so much is happening and it’s all piling up, you need to give yourself permission not to think about it for a little while and do something fun instead!
- Music — listen to some relaxing music, or go ahead and dance around if you’re in the privacy of your own home (and also like showing off).

- Laugh more – watch a funny TV show or hang out with people who’ll make you laugh until tears come out of your eyes; even forced laughter can affect mood and reduce stress levels.
